CoreFi provides the operational platform. Authorisation to issue an E-Money Token or Asset-Referenced Token under the MiCA framework, and the corresponding ongoing obligations on whitepaper approval or notification (as the regime requires), reserve composition, redemption rights, transparency, marketing rules and supervisory reporting, remain with the licensed issuer (a credit institution, an authorised E-Money Institution or another duly authorised entity, as the regime requires). CoreFi does not issue tokens and does not hold reserve assets. The platform's audit trails, reserve reports and supervisory data feeds are designed to make those obligations easier to evidence; they do not transfer them.
